COVID-19 CUSTOMER INFORMATION
GTC is prioritising the work we undertake during COVID-19 to make sure you continue to receive a safe and reliable energy supply whilst ensuring we keep our customers and teams safe and look after those most in need. If you see us near your home please be assured the work we are doing is important. Where applicable, we are asking customers some additional questions when we may need to enter premises to ensure we take any necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. We continue to carry out work as per the government's social distancing guidelines.
Looking after those most in need
If you are an 'at risk' person who has received a letter from the NHS advising you to take additional measures to protect yourself from COVID-19, then we suggest that you consider signing up for the Priority Services Register. This provides free additional services to customers in vulnerable circumstances if there is a power cut. To find out more about the Register click here or contact your energy supplier, whose number should be on your energy bill.
As the government's response to the coronavirus pandemic develops, we are continuing to keep our approach under careful review. We will always take an approach which safeguards the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues, while maintaining a safe and reliable supply of energy.
